Intrivium ("we," "us," or "our") operates an event management platform that helps organizations run events, manage attendees, and build year-round communities. Information We Collect

We collect information you provide directly to us, information collected automatically through your use of the platform, and information from third-party sources:

  • Account Information: Name, email address, password, organization name, and role when you register for an account.
  • Event & Attendee Data: Information submitted in connection with events you organize or attend, including registration details, session selections, session feedback, and networking preferences.
  • Payment Information: Billing details processed securely through our PCI-compliant payment partners. We do not store full card numbers.
  • Communications: Messages you send to us or through our in-platform messaging features.
  • Usage Data: Pages visited, features used, click patterns, and session duration collected automatically through cookies and similar technologies.
  • Device Information: IP address, browser type, operating system, and device identifiers.

How We Use Your Information

We use the information we collect to:

  • Provide, operate, and improve the Intrivium platform and mobile application
  • Process transactions and send related information, including confirmations and invoices
  • Send event-related communications, including schedule updates and networking matches
  • Respond to your comments, questions, and customer support requests
  • Send technical notices, security alerts, and administrative messages
  • Monitor and analyze usage patterns to improve platform performance and user experience

We do not sell your personal information to third parties.

Sharing & Disclosure

We may share your information in the following circumstances:

  • With Event Organizers: If you register as an attendee, your registration information is shared with the event organizer who uses Intrivium to manage their event.
  • With Service Providers: We share information with vendors who perform services on our behalf, such as cloud hosting, payment processing, analytics, and customer support. These partners are contractually required to protect your data.
  • With Your Consent: We may share information with third parties when you explicitly authorize us to do so, such as CRM integrations you configure.
  • For Legal Reasons: We may disclose information if required by law, legal process, or to protect the rights, property, or safety of Intrivium, our users, or others.
  • Business Transfers: In connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, your information may be transferred as a business asset.

Data Retention

We retain personal information for as long as your account is active, as needed to provide you services, or as required to comply with our legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements. When you close your account or request deletion, we will delete or anonymize your information within 30 days, except where retention is required by law.

Intrivium is SOC 2 certified, GDPR compliant, PCI compliant, and geo-redundant. We implement industry-standard technical and organizational measures to protect your personal information against unauthorized access, alteration, disclosure, or destruction. These include encryption in transit and at rest, access controls, and regular security assessments.

No method of transmission over the internet or electronic storage is 100% secure, however. While we strive to protect your personal information, we cannot guarantee absolute security.

Cookies & Tracking Technologies

We use cookies and similar tracking technologies to collect usage information and improve your experience. Cookies are small data files stored on your device. We use:
